WHEATON, IL – October, 2023 – Today, Town Square, the mixed-use lifestyle center centrally located in Wheaton, announces the addition of two new leases that will open in early 2024.

Bear Paddle, a swim school with Midwest locations in Illinois, Ohio and Minnesota, will take up 10,242 square feet on the Center Circle and offer group and private lessons, as well as swim clinics and family swim. The main entrance will be in the rear, off East Loop Road.

Rayito de Sol, a Spanish immersion early education learning school, will open in a 12,322 square foot space in the out-lot building on the corner of Naperville and East Loop Road. Rayito de Sol, will offer infant, toddler and preschool programs, as well as summer camps and provide high quality care and early education in an authentic cultural and language immersion environment.

Both of these new additions to Town Square Wheaton will further amplify the area as a thriving destination for entertainment, retail, fitness, as well as a deliberate cultivation of local entrepreneurs and trusted business owners.

“Town Square Wheaton continues to grow and evolve by building businesses and opportunities for visitors to come and to shop, to play, to stroll, to dine,” said Owner Eric Schlickman.

"That was what attracted me to Town Square when I was looking to open my second location of 302. They have done a great job of bringing in a mix of local and national businesses and really understanding the needs of the community,” Schlickman added.
